Climbing

Following my military career, I transitioned into a Career Placement Specialist role at a tower climbing school for military members leaving active duty service. The experience was incredibly fulfilling, and I eventually became a climbing instructor.

Talk about exhilarating! So many aspects of the job were fun, memorable, and very insightful.

As the only female instructor, I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of trust, knowledge, and confidence-building among service members preparing for new careers outside the military. The respect, admiration, and support I received from students and teammates were remarkable.
